Devinna Marcelina was born in San Antonio and raised in Houston Texas. She developed a passion for dance at an early age and began dancing in her sophmore year in high school. While at the University of Houston, earning her Bachelors degree in Media Production/Communications, Devinna danced with the Houston Cougar Dolls for two years and then moved on to the big Leagues with the Houston Oilers' Derrick Dolls. In addition to dancing for the Oilers, she has also danced with the NBA Houston Rockets, WNBA Houston Comets and Thunderbears Arena Football dance teams. Soon after, she auditioned to be a dancer for the world renowned Destiny’s Child. After being selected from a pool of many talented dancers, she immediately went on tour.

Devinna dared to dream big and moved out to Los Angeles to pursue a dancing career. Shortly after arriving in Los Angeles, she was picked up by Daniel Hoff Talent Agency and booked gigs here and there. Ready to take on new challenges, she then took a turn in the acting world, enrolled in an acting class and immediately fell in love with the craft. It became evident that acting was her true passion and she is now in pursuit of an acting career. Currently Devinna has studied for two years and has been in class ever since. She is now ready to tackle new avenues that will be her stepping stones in what she ultimately wants to accomplish.
